Innovation in Transportation

Now a days, almost everything we need is just one click ahead. From the moment we wake up until we close our eyes to rest, we won’t last a day without using a gadget. The advancement of technology is a never ending process. In communication, industrial, agricultural and transportation. People use technology because it makes things easier for us.

Recently, an advancement in transportation was introduced to us. The app-based transportation called Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS). The two among which are Uber and GrabCar. Unfortunately, after sometime of Uber and GrabCar’s operations, a temporary restraining order was put up against the TNVS. For someone who has no pivate car and doesn’t want to have a hard time in commuting, Uber and GrabCar may come in handy. Uber and GrabCar is no cah-basis and very convenient to commuters who are android users. According to RTC Judge Arenas in a recent interview, that the TRO does not suspend the operations by Transport Network Companies (TNCs) like Uber and GrabCar. Hence, the TRO bars only the accepting, processing, and approving of applications of motor applications of motor vehicles for 20days. Therefore, the operations of Uber and GrabCar continues and commuters may still avail their service.

I am on the side of the TNCs. The Stop and Go Coalition whom brought the action believed that the TNCs are the reason for the decrease of their income, because the commuters now prefer the srvices of Uber and GrabCar than taxies or UVs. In business, there will always be competitors. And in order to continue or be good at their transport services, such as the normal taxies and UV Express, they should think of something new to make their income boost again. You always need to have something new to offer to your customers or might as well give them the best service. We should always think ahead and be open to improvements. Transport providers must offer easement to commuters.
